Technology is terraforming our culture, our workplace, our world. We believe humans are meant to evolve internally and externally. At Todreamalife our aim is to create workplaces that preserve craft, reward creativity, and solve previously-intractable problems.
Craftsmanship.
We preserve ability. Some skills should not be lost from the societal genome. We believe that many crafts can only be transmitted in an apprenticeship model and need to be intentionally preserved in an era of downloads and high-tech development.
Creativity.
We promote art. Humans will always be more creative than computers. We believe that artistic endeavor, design thinking, the arts, and creative skills will increase in value as computers automate our more routine cognitive processes.
Problem-Solving.
We employ genius. Some social problems actually require significant education and/or intelligence to solve. True ability is often underutilized because education and the workplace provide so many socioeconomic and logistical barriers to entry.

Because we're uber-nerds and interested in chaos theory, we believe in work-fractals: what we do internally directly mirrors what we can do externally.

What does an engagement actually cost?
It depends on scope. Intake is always free. We'll define the project and quote it before you commit to anything.
How fast can we start?
Onboarding is designed to be quick and painless. Most projects start within a couple weeks of a signed scope, sooner for smaller engagements.
Do you work with early-stage startups or only established companies?
Both. Our consultants range from generalists who can get something running fast to specialists at the top of their craft, so we can match the engagement to the stage you're at.
What if we're not sure exactly what we need?
That's normal. A free intake brainstorm exists for exactly this: tell us the problem, and if we can't solve it on the spot, we'll define the question and point you to the right consultant.
